All work will be carried using reasonable skill and care and in accordance with accepted professional standards.

We offer a competitive turnaround of files.

​

It is the clients’ responsibility to check budgets, bills and other documents passing to a third party, including their clients.

​

Our aim is to remain flexible and provide competitive rates for our clients. Any variation to our fee structure is to be agreed before commencement of work.

​

Files can be sent and returned via the document exchange or courier.   

​

Invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt of invoice, unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to charge interest at 5% over base rate in the case of overdue accounts. All fees shall include any applicable VAT.

Our work is covered by professional indemnity insurance to a limit of £200,000.
