Ashford Legal Costs is run by David Saunders, a practising solicitor and legal costs consultant, whose work for over 25 years has largely related to legal costs.
There have been numerous changes to the area of legal costs over recent years, with probably the biggest change ever occurring, in April, as most bills will now have to be prepared in electronic form. In order to comply with this requirement solicitors will need to invest in expensive time costing software or will have to rely on their costs draftsmen to extract the information needed for the new type bills from the files.
We are fully up to date with the new requirements and are in a position to assist solicitors in having the new type of bills prepared correctly without incurring excessive costs. Our charges are set out on this site.
